Intensive Outpatient Program in St. George Utah
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are treatment programs that can help a person overcome drug or alcohol addiction, depression, eating disorders, or other unfortunate circumstances. However, IOPs differ from other types of treatment, such as inpatient, because no round-the-clock supervision is required. As a result, participants can still perform their daily activities without needing to entirely flip their schedule around.
Furthermore, these programs are sometimes used to help patients seamlessly return back to their families and communities. Their primary purpose is to establish support mechanisms, provide healthy coping strategies, and help with relapse management.
